Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! Because each item is made to order just for you, we can only accept returns in limited cases — but we'll always do our best to make things right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, you can request a return directly from your orders page. Please include a photo of the issue. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Sizing

Please check the size chart before ordering. We can't offer returns for incorrect sizing since items are made to order, but if your item arrived mislabeled (tag doesn't match what you ordered), we'll replace it — just submit a request with a photo.

Change of Mind

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong selections. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

Refunds

If approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.
